Zybots & Bibots are a toy line of shape changing robots released by the United States company REMCO in the mid 1980s and early 90s respectively.
Zybots were released in five distinct series with a large number of later toys being recoloured versions of earlier figures.
Bibots are a 90s re-release of ten Zybots models with slight sticker or colour variations and most with updated manufacture stamps.

While the last letter does look like a backwards 'Z', the patent and early marketing shows 'Zybots' in standard text examples.
