Transfo Robot Speedway is a later French re-release of the previous Transfo-Robo (with a hyphen), also released in France; see separate page this section.
There were no new changes to the figures with the gimmick for this distribution instead being the cardbacks themselves. Each card has a section of 'Speedway' printed on the back and interlocking tongue and groove edges allowing multiple cards to be joined. A seemingly follow-on line Super Transfo Robot was also released containing the Mega assortment that too had compatible interlocking cards; soon to be added.
While primarily distributed in France, the multilingual cardbacks also contain Italian and Spanish text hinting they may have been retailed in those regions.
All include both die cast metal and plastic components as well as the synonymous pull-back motors

Note the selection above is likely incomplete. As above, a Super Transfo Robot Speedway line was also released and it's unclear whether that was part of this distribution or separate. That muddies a clear understanding of which figures made up the assortment. As they're fairly rare, confirming this line's assortment will take some time
Release Date is at time of writing (2025) unconfirmed. 'ENR 1990' printed on the cardback's top left does not appear to relate to a release date and is more likely a stock/product number that coincidentally looks like a date. The printing used for the cards and the overal design hints at late 80's
