The Jet is one of four models released as part of this bootleg offering. They're in no way related to the genuine Transfo-Robot line released in France and are instead unrelated bootlegs on low quality reprints of those cardbacks.
Where Transfo-Robot (the bootleg) shines is its reinvention of the Jeep, Liqui-Trans / Container Truck models and to a lesser degree the Dump Truck and Jet. While the Jet doesn't have any sculpt changes, use has been made of the two inlaid, curved front of leg strips to add some colour variation.
While this bootleg line does have the familiar, MC Toy styled, pullback motors, it doesn't included any diecast metal parts and the overall quality is low.
See toy line main index and history for further details.
Region Codes Used: ARG Argentina - Location codes only shown where items were known to be released.
This list is accurate yet likely to be incomplete. If you are able to confirm release in other regions please get in contact.
Transfo-Robot Bootleg Unknown Manufacturer ARG 19XX*
* exact release date is unconfirmed. As the Jeep has a bootlegged weapon from the 1988 released Transformers G1 Siren combined with the overall feel of the toy plastic and cardback blisters, very late 80s to early 90s is most likely
Tyres At time of writing (2025) this distribution is the only example where the Jet model is packed with treaded tyres instead of smooth
