Jet Plane is a re-released version of the Zybots Changeable Robots figure Mach-1.
For the Bibots distribution REMCO used vehicle mode descriptions as figure titles instead of character names.
Jet Plane was issued in the same colour scheme as Mach-1 with variant stickers

Bibots US Remco [star wing stickers & different chest sticker design from Zybots release] 1992
Released on a single blister card and a double blister card with Helicopter.
Jet Plane was also sold in an eight figure box set with Dump Truck, Helicopter, Off Road Vehicle, Pickup with Roll Bar, Snow Cat, Speed Boat and Wrecker.
Possibly also sold on a four blister; unconfirmed.
On the two blister card, the figure title have been accidentally swapped.
Stamped China on the underside of one wing.
