Forklift Robo MR-34
This model was originally designed in Japan by Bandai and released for their Machine Robo Series line as Forklift Robo. By this time Tonka's successful rebranding to 'Gobots' and US distribution saw the now more established name 'Spoons' applied and adopted for Robo Machine in Europe; predominantly to benefit from the Challenge of the Gobots cartoon. Multilingual Robo Machine cardbacks display both Fork-Lift and Spoons in the name section and the figure was released very late in the line's run vs. the Gobots distribution.
While Forklift Robo / Spoons was an mid run addition for Machine Robo and Gobots respectively, the model wasn't added to the Robo Machine or Machine Men lines until near the end of their run.
Further details are below, on the Series 1 Index and for more in-depth reading see the Toy Line History page.

*** An all orange Spoons matching the Machine Robo version is anecdotally reported as a limited release for Robo Machine, an on card example has not been sighted. This is believed to have been an early distribution matching other regions vs. the inclusion of the orange and cream, Spoons for Robo Machine later in the line.
