Scooter Robo MR-16
Originally designed in Japan by Bandai and released for their Machine Robo Series line as Scooter Robo the model was not long after issued as Motor Scooter Man and Scooter in the West. For Tonka's distribution in the US as 'Gobots' Scooter is one of the few figures to retain one of its elsewhere distributed names.

Canadian Cardback: The character art on the Canadian cardback seems to be an earlier, possibly later corrected image showing Scooter with the arms backwards and the black leg sections very different to the production toy.
