Harley Robo MR-37 / MRB-14
This model was originally designed in Japan by Bandai and released for their Machine Robo Series line Harley Robo. By this time Tonka's successful rebranding to 'Gobots' and US distribution saw the now more established name 'Night Ranger' applied and adopted for Robo Machine in Europe and the Australian Machine Men release; predominantly to benefit from the Challenge of the Gobots cartoon. Multilingual Robo Machine cardbacks display both Harley Davidson and Night Ranger in the name section. Machine Men originally released as Harley Man were re-issued as Night Ranger.
Further details are below, on the Series 1 Index and for more in-depth reading see the Toy Line History page.

** [stickers and sculpt] there are a number of red variant bootlegs all with varying stickers. Some have the metallic blue windscreen blank while others have 'HARLEY' printed on it. Others included break lights and most came with the eagle sticker below the windscreen. Some versions included a yellow stripe sticker on the side of the feet and some of these yellow stickers have 'POLICE' on them. At least one variation has headlight stickers.
At least one of the versions (Convertible Robots) with 'HARLEY' on the windscreen has a series of grooves where the plastic lugs that hold the handlebars should be; no handlebars are supplied with this version.
Details will be updated when I confirm the versions solidly supplied by which company.
*** Also released in a six pack box with the MIMO versions of
Spoons, Loco, Spay-C, Spoiler and Crain Brain.
