Headwear
US Gordy International 1984
CA Randim Marketing 1984
Pretend sunglasses released under license by mass marketer Gordy International and co-distributed in Canada by Randim Marketing.
The Canadian cardback is slightly thinner than the United States release and carries the Tonka copyright information at the bottom of the card as opposed to the side. The cardboard itself is also a darker material.
Both sets of sunglasses are tinted the same and variation seen below is due to photographic conditions. They offer no UV protection and are a good example of the type of product that encouraged regulation of children's sunglasses in many Western countries by the late 80s.

Cy-Kill US Tonka (red) 1984
Cy-Kill US Tonka (blue) 1984
Sturdy foam base with flexible plastic straps. Likely released in other colours.
A pair showing Cy-Kill and Leader-1 were found, seen below. It's unknown if this is indicative of characters being mix and matched regularly for sale, if this is a one off mistake or someone just mixed them up post sale. Regardless, it's the only example of Leader-1 I have available at this time.
