Routlette - Robot Changers
The New Spies were distributed to the West by Japanese company MARK via Select. This saw the roulette machine figure released for the Convertors distribution as, 'Vegas'.
At this time the origins of the New Spies models is unclear. It's not known whether they were designed by MARK or acquired then on-sold; as was common practice for MARK.
As with other Convertors models it's likely MARK also released the New Spies in Japan, however examples have so far not been sighted.
The same toys, often with minor variation (eye colour, etc.) have been heavily bootlegged and released worldwide. All genuine figures show a Select or MARK stamp.

While the design origins of the New Spies are unclear, MARK licensed them to Select who released them in the second series of the Convertors line.
The same models often with minor variations (eye colour, etc.) have been released by many other companies licensed and not.
